All of our cabins are light housekeeping units. They contain bed and bath linens along with bath setups. Bedding is not changed on a daily basis. If you plan to use futons or hide a beds, you must bring your own linens. All cabins contain coffee pots, air conditioning and cable color televisions. All cabins are fully utienselized with the expectation that you clean what you use prior to your departure.

Deposits: A deposit is required to hold your reservation. Early reservations are recommended. One-night deposit is required (2 night minimum stay during Peak Season, 3 night minimum stay on Holiday Weekends). Phone reservations will be held 5 days, pending receipt of deposit. Reservations are final after you make a deposit and receive our confirmation letter. Deposits will be credited to your charges and the balance is due upon arrival. You will be responsible for the total number of nights you reserve.

Refunds: Our refund policy is simple. If you make a reservation and cancel for any reason, you will be charged for one nights lodging. No refunds will be given to anyone asked to leave for resort rule and policy violations.

Check-in/out: Check-in time is 2 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Please notify us in advance if you will arrive after 7 p.m. There will be an additional charge for guests not checked out by 11 a.m. Prior arrangements must be made with management for other check-in/out times.
